With the MAX robotic platform, ducts from 400 to 1,000 mm can be cleaned, disinfected and coated. Thanks to the automated lifting system of the application modules, the height adjustment will be adapted to the duct size with the robot moving from the control unit.

CHARACTERISTICS
MODULAR DESIGN
Multibot is a robotic platform that can be coupled with various cleaning, inspection, disinfection and coating modules to perform all necessary applications inside HVAC ducts, such as cleaning with different methods, disinfection and coating.
VERSATILITY
The Multibot’s robust traction crawler allows it to move over any surface and climb slopes of up to 30° inclination. Both the robot and the application modules are designed to clean ducts of any type, whether circular or square, and of any size.
AUTOMATIC LIFTING
Thanks to the automated platform lifting system, it is possible to clean large diameter ducts up to 1000 mm. The height adjustment will be automatically adjusted as the robot moves, all controlled from the control unit.
ROBUST AND RELIABLE
Manufactured with high resistance materials, such as stainless steel in the structure and high density polyamide in the covers. The core of the Multibot is its powerful state-of-the-art motors, which guarantee a long service life and high reliability.

B360º
APP 360º ADAPTATIVE BRUSH
App for duct cleaning using a rotating brush with perimeter movement. It moves along the entire length of the duct, adapting to its shape and dimensions. Very effective in square ducts.
B100
APP CLEANING WITH BRUSH
Duct cleaning application that uses a rotating brush with speed control and reverse rotation. This module is perfect for circular duct cleaning.
A100
APP AIR INJECTION
Duct cleaning by injecting air through silicone tubes, which causes a whip-like movement in different directions, dragging the dust to the front. Requires the use of an air compressor.
S360º
APP 360º COATING
App for coating the inside of ducts using a lance with a double injection nozzle, which performs a 360º perimeter movement along the duct. This system applies the coating uniformly and quickly.
D360º
DISINFECTION APP
Application to disinfect the inside of the ducts using an injection pump and a 360º nebulization nozzle. This system distributes the disinfectant evenly and quickly.
ICE360º.
APP DRY ICE 360º
App for the projection of dry ice from inside the ducts by means of an injection lance. It performs a 360º perimeter movement through the duct. This system applies dry ice (Co2) on greasy residues, without using water or chemicals.
